For Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino, our in-house Digital Media Team took over the day-to-day posting, content strategy for the social channels (Instagram, Facebook and Twitter), consumer engagement and customer service, an influencer marketing program, and a paid boosted post strategy for the resort.

RESULTS:

- WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH OF THE PARTNERSHIP, HILTON ARUBA’S SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS SAW AN INCREASE IN TOTAL ENGAGEMENTS BY 13.7%, AND AN INCREASE IN OVERALL GROWTH BY 14.1%, COMPARED TO THE PREVIOUS PERIOD

- DURING THE FIRST WEEK OF REOPENING FOLLOWING COVID-19 (JULY 9TH-16TH), THE TOTAL ENGAGEMENTS COMPARED TO THE PREVIOUS WEEK INCREASED BY 193% AND NET AUDIENCE GROWTH INCREASED BY 112%,COMPARED TO PREVIOUS PERIODS

- ENGAGEMENT RATES PER POST DURING THE PARTNERSHIP ON FACEBOOK, TWITTER AND INSTAGRAM, HAS REMAINED ABOVE 5% ACROSS THE BOARD DURING THE PARTNERSHIP, WITH SOME POSTS GENERATING AN ENGAGEMENT RATE OF 20% AND 13.6%.
