Ashley MontBlanc Day

Senior Vice President

Ashley has been with the agency for 14 years and recently moved to Chicago, affording LDPR the opportunity to launch an office in the Windy City.  Ashley networks with local and national media on behalf of all LDPR clients, and is our on-site manager for Chicago events and media tours. 

Since joining the agency in 2006, Ashley has worked her way up the ranks by dint of her sunny, can-do attitude, creative approach and outstanding media relations skills. Ashley’s diverse experience includes everything from PR efforts surrounding establishing a leading trend here in the US - “glamping” - at The Resort at Paws Up in Montana to multiple tourism events, strategic partnerships and media relations programs for the destinations of Scotland; Melbourne, Australia; Sydney, Australia; and Portland, Oregon. Additionally, she spearheaded the opening PR program for inspirational lifestyle and home décor brand Serena & Lily’s first Design Shop in Chicago. 

Ashley has had success with getting clients on top morning shows such as the "CBS This Morning” and NBC “Today Show.” Her relentless pursuit for stellar results for her clients has resulted in multiple placements in such leading publications as The New York Times, Travel + Leisure, The Wall Street Journal and Robb Report. Beyond media placements, Ashley has secured strategic partnerships for her clients including a collaboration with Vineyard Vines and Curtain Bluff in Antigua to launch a spring clothing line inspired by the resort and island.

Next on Vacation Bucket List: Topping the international bucket list is still a family trip to Scotland for some adventuring, eating and roots tracing. Other locations on our radar are New Orleans, Mexico and Hawaii (I mean, it never ends really…)

My favorite Holiday: I have always adored the 4th of July. I grew up on a lake and in lake life, the 4th feels like Christmas. It has a simplicity to it that I always loved - a day you spend with your family and friends enjoying being together, the outdoors and celebrating. A huge bonus is that our first kiddo was born on the 4th (I am convinced my love of the holiday had something to do with it)!
