Summer season is a difficult time to host media at Chatham Bars Inn as it’s particularly busy for family travelers. Knowing this is a key market for the historic property, LDPR set out to partner with just one A-list brand/ social channel to drive awareness and seed bookings for both winter and spring holidays. The team immediately thought of the Gees– who have an incredible reach across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and the general digital media space. With a limited budget, LDPR’s goal was to host the family and generate ample UGC, so that The Inn could cross promote and utilize to grow their own digital footprint as well as bookings.

Results: 

  • The agency confirmed a 4th of July visit for the full family (no fee)

  • The Bucket List Family's stay has resulted in stellar results, with 8 total in-feed posts and 49 stories

  • Over 16 million total impressions and an average engagement rate of 5.6% - well surpassing the average industry engagement rate of 1.5% .

  • The CBI team additionally created a promotion for BLF friends and family subscribers that generated additionally bookings

  • 2K+ new followers generated in the first 2 days of stay
