Named best pastry chef in the world: Chef Francois Perret of The Ritz Paris pivoted in 2021 like most chefs. He created a new experience that would draw hotel guests and local Parisians alike. This was a first, as traditionally, his delightful confections were only available for guests of The Ritz Paris. Now, with Le Comptoir's "The Counter" launch, Parisian visitors and locals alike can experience his famed treats.

LDPR helped amplify awareness for the new experience among the US press, with the ultimate goal of generating interest in visiting The Ritz Paris. Not only have the streets been abuzz with talk of Le Comptoir, it has been so popular with American travelers that the hotel plans to open another independent location in the city next year, and the production team behind the Netflix series Emily in Paris reached out to request free product placement in the latest season (pictured in bed with the stylish Sylvie Grateau).
